This Privacy Policy explains how the Tool Comparator mobile application and related services operated by Wiktor Krzysztof Zastawny (the “Service Provider”) handle information.
Your privacy in one sentence
Tool Comparator does not collect, log, sell, profile, or store personal data through normal use of the Application. No account or registration is required.
1. Information We Collect
The Application does not collect or store personal information, analytics identifiers, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, payment information, or account credentials.
No registration is required to use the Application.
When an internet connection is used, ordinary network infrastructure may process transient technical information, such as an IP address, solely to deliver network requests. The Service Provider does not use this information for tracking, profiling, advertising, or building a user database.
2. Data Retention
We do not retain user data because the Application does not collect or store user data. There is no Service Provider database containing personal profiles, usage histories, advertising identifiers, or location histories created through normal use of Tool Comparator.
Any temporary information handled by operating systems, app stores, internet providers, hosting or network infrastructure is outside the Application’s own data storage and may be subject to those providers’ independent policies.
3. Data Deletion
There is no server-side user data held by the Service Provider for the Application to delete. Because no account is required and no personal user database is maintained, there is normally no deletion request needed.
You may uninstall the Application at any time to remove the Application and any local app files managed by your device. If you believe you have separately provided personal information to the Service Provider outside normal Application use, you may contact us at the address below and request deletion of that information, where applicable.
4. Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
5. Third Parties
The Service Provider does not sell or share personal user data collected by the Application because the Application does not collect such data.
Third-party infrastructure needed to distribute or deliver the Application or its web content—such as app stores, device platforms, internet providers, or hosting/network providers—may independently process technical information under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not knowingly maintain children’s personal data through the Application.
7. Security
Because the Application does not maintain a database of user personal information, exposure risk from Application-held personal data is limited. The Service Provider nevertheless takes reasonable steps to maintain the security and integrity of the Application and related systems.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
